If you have decided to start working out, the first step is to create a plan that works for you. Make sure to set realistic goals and create a plan that fits into your lifestyle. It may also be helpful to consult a certified personal trainer or nutritionist to help you determine the right exercises and meal plan for your needs. This option is ideal for busy professionals always on the go, who just can’t even fathom the mere thought of writing up a fitness plan and holding themselves accountable for attending their own “meeting”. After you have your plan in place, start small and work your way up. I always stress the PPP’s of any fitness goal: Passion, Persistence and patience. Consistency is key to making progress, so keep at it and you will be on your way to achieving your fitness goals.–
